Summerlin is conveniently located just 8 miles from downtown Las Vegas, adjacent to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and in n general is managed by three master associations:

Summerlin North: is mostly East of 215 beltway.

Communities/Villages:  The Arbors, The Canyons, The Crossing, The Hills, The Hills South, The Pueblo, The Trails.

Summerlin South: mostly zipcode 89135 south of Charleston Boulevard, Hualapai Way to the east and Red Rock National Conservation Area to the West, currently expanding just below Russell on the South with future developments planned to expand to Maule Ave.
